I have found my new celebrity/fashion obsession. Ok, so I will confess that it's not entirely new. I have always had a weakness for preppy clothing. Those who've seen me trotting around Chicago this winter have definitely noticed my ample supply of funky tights, my lily pad headband or the pretty floral pins and brooches I attached to nearly every coat I own. Therefore, it's no big shock that I LOVE KATE SPADE! Love so much that there needs to be a new word for love. Love so much that I'll make random trips to Oak to stare at the pretty fares (while I love online shopping, somethings - like Spade - are best minus the technicolor and plus the opportunity to touch)!
This article though ... has me a bit spooked! I hope the rest of the Spade empire will continue to flourish while not under Kate's reign. Regardless, the story gave me an equal appreciation for Andy (her not-threated-at-all-by-her-prowess husband). The man certainly has his hand in multiple pots and his preppy attire is too cute for words. Could this be the person Andy Bernard was based around? It's definitely possible!
